01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated rushph policies:

• "rushph," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the rushph online gaming platform, its operators, and its licensed subsidiaries operating under PAGCOR authorization in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on rushph.net, or who accesses or uses any part of the rushph platform, whether logged in or not.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the rushph website at rushph.net, all associated web applications, mobile-optimized interfaces, game lobbies, sportsbook pages, and account management portals.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the rushph registration process, including all associated balance, transaction history, and personal information.
• "Game" — refers to any casino game, slot title, live dealer session, online bingo round, or sports betting market made available through the rushph platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, deposit match, or other incentive offered by rushph to players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body authorized by the Government of the Philippines to license and oversee online gambling operators.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the rushph platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the rushph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

rushph reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rushph will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or through an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where any translation of these Terms & Conditions is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the rushph platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law applicable to all licensed online gambling operators. rushph strictly enforces this age restriction and will request government-issued identification to verify age where necessary.
2. You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services of this nature is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of rushph is compliant with all laws applicable in your location.
3. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by rushph or PAGCOR, and must not have been previously excluded from the rushph platform for any reason.
4. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
5. You must not be employed by rushph, any of its affiliated entities, or any game provider whose titles appear on the platform, in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

rushph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, or UMID — at any stage of the registration or verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on rushph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one rushph Account at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, rushph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending or historical winnings, and forfeit any remaining balances without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rushph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. rushph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rushph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations in the Philippines, rushph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide all documentation requested for KYC purposes promptly. rushph may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rushph currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Direct. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). rushph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. rushph reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to the rushph Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedules of BPI, BDO, or Metrobank. rushph is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider. A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible. rushph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable wagering requirements. rushph reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any withdrawal request.

5.4 Player Funds

Player funds held in rushph Accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. rushph does not use player balances for operational expenses. In the event of any dispute regarding Account balances, the rushph transaction records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the correct balance.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

rushph complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). rushph may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law. Deposits made to rushph must originate from funds legally owned by the registered Account holder. rushph will not process deposits from third-party payment sources.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

rushph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, reload offers, cashback programs, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all rushph promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are only available to players who are in good standing with a fully verified rushph Account.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit the simultaneous use of multiple offers.
• rushph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have opted into an active promotion.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate any promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, or systematic bonus-hunting strategies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account action.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the rushph platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose random number generators (RNGs) and live game operations have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. rushph does not independently develop or modify game outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on rushph's servers, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, display errors, or incomplete game rounds caused by network issues — do not create any obligation on rushph to pay out results not confirmed by the server.

rushph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error is identified, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account balance.

Specific game rules for slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface on the rushph platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rushph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account while under 21 years of age, or providing false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Creating or operating more than one rushph Account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to interact with the rushph platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers in live poker or other competitive game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or RNG patterns to gain outcomes not consistent with normal play.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using rushph deposits and withdrawals as a mechanism to disguise the origin of funds.
• Using the rushph platform in connection with any criminal activity, including fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access to another person's payment method.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rushph staff members or other players through any communication channel.

09 Responsible Gaming

rushph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a source of income or as a means to resolve financial difficulties.

rushph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all players through their Account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your rushph Account.
• Loss Limits — Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive automated notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the rushph platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks — Periodic on-screen summaries of time spent and net gaming activity during a session.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rushph platform — including but not limited to the rushph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements — is the intellectual property of rushph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the rushph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the rushph platform without prior written authorization from rushph.

Any unauthorized use of rushph intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, rushph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the rushph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

rushph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their rushph Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rushph does not warrant that the platform will operate continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events — including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated suspensions of operations — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. rushph will not be liable for any losses incurred by players as a result of such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a player and rushph arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting rushph player support. rushph will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators.

Players who have complaints regarding game fairness or platform conduct that cannot be resolved through rushph's internal support process may refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels for licensed online gaming operators.
